Term:  Weekly net 7.

Payment per converted customer: 80.00 USD. All transfers are directly sent to license agent that closes the call.

Customer must have a Bank Account or Credit/Debit card to purchase policy.

Screened for cancer, heart complaints such as attack/stroke/CHF, kidney or liver failure in past 3 years
Not requiring oxygen (CPAP fine); no dementia, HIV/AIDS.
Not confined to nursing facility, wheelchair or requiring assistance for daily living.
Must have an income (social security or employment, not disability).
